Company trips are an annual activity at LIXIL VINA, designed to provide employees and their families with a period of rest and relaxation after periods of hard work. From November 22nd to 25th, 2018, the company chose Phu Quoc, one of Vietnam’s most beautiful beaches, as the destination.
LIXIL VINA employees were incredibly excited and enthusiastically participated in all the activities throughout the program.
Notably, during this trip, the company combined the vacation with its first-ever LIXIL Community Day social activity.
This community event is part of LIXIL GLOBAL’s corporate social responsibility initiatives. Although it was the first time being held, the event was vibrant and meaningful, taking place in the Dinh Cau area, Duong Dong Town, Phu Quoc Island. Over 700 LIXIL VINA employees, along with local residents, participated in the activity.

All members participated in a clean-up activity, collecting trash on the sidewalks and at Dinh Cau beach. They also weeded flower beds along several streets in Duong Dong Town.
The efforts of LIXIL VINA employees not only contribute to a greener and cleaner environment in the Dinh Cau area, but also help raise awareness among local residents and tourists about the importance of environmental hygiene and proper waste disposal.

Local residents unite in support of the initiative.
LIXIL VINA is taking practical action and calling upon the community to join hands in protecting the environment, preserving ecosystems, and developing in harmony with nature. These efforts contribute to the fight against climate change.
At the conclusion of the activity, representatives of the LIXIL VINA Labor Union presented public trash bins to be placed in the Dinh Cau area. This gift serves as a memento and a continued contribution to maintaining a clean and green environment for this beautiful beach.

Donating Waste Bins to the Local Community
A joyful and meaningful trip has come to an end. We’re incredibly proud to be part of LIXIL VINA, and especially proud of our contributions to the community.
