On January 19, 2019, at the LIXIL VINA company premises, the Executive Board of the Grassroots Trade Union, in collaboration with the Company’s Board of Directors, organized a year-end party. This event incorporated the 1st Annual Talent Show in 2019 and a lucky draw program for the company’s employees.
The event was attended by Comrade Dao Thi Kim Loan – Vice President of the Long Thanh District Labor Confederation; the Company’s Board of Directors, the Trade Union Executive Board, and over 1600 union members and workers who came to participate and cheer.
This is an annual event for the company to review its activities in 2018, set production and business goals for the new year 2019, and also welcome the Lunar New Year 2019.

At this event, the Executive Board of the Labor Union organized the 1st Annual Talent Show in 2019. The performances featured a variety of genres, including solo performances, duets, group songs, and modern dance… all presented by the company’s talented, non-professional union members. The aim was to create a healthy and enriching recreational outlet, fostering motivation and encouraging our union members and workers to excel in their duties and contribute to the company’s success.
Artistic and Cultural Performances
The Organizing Committee awarded prizes to the top performances: two First Prizes, two Second Prizes, and three Third Prizes were presented to the participants in the talent show.
In the spirit of the Tet (Lunar New Year) celebration, the Executive Committee of the Labor Union also presented 10 gifts to union members facing difficult circumstances who were unable to return to their hometowns for the holiday.

Furthermore, to share LIXIL products with every home, the organizers also hosted contests such as “Share the LIXIL Value” and “Shine with LIXIL” on social media platforms like Facebook. These contests garnered significant attention, likes, and shares. The prize included a pair of vouchers for a 2-day, 1-night getaway in Vung Tau (4-5 star hotel).

The event was honored by the presence of Ms. Đào Thị Kim Loan, Vice President of the Long Thành District Labor Confederation. Ms. Loan congratulated LIXIL VINA on its successes in 2018 and presented awards to teams and individuals for their outstanding contributions to the company’s union activities in 2018. She also extended warm wishes for a prosperous 2019 to the company.
