Lixil Vina’s Team Building Trip: Exploring the Beaches of Phan Thiet (November 22-23, 2015). On this trip, organized by their dedicated travel company, the team treated themselves to a short getaway. They wanted to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city after a period of hard work. The atmosphere was filled with joy and excitement as they explored the captivating world of the sea.
With only 7 kilometers left, our group is about to reach Mui Ne beach. The anticipation is indescribable. The sun is starting to beat down intensely, and a faint scent of the sea sneaks through the window cracks. It injects a fresh burst of energy into everyone’s mood. We urge the driver to speed up so we can make it in time for lunch. We want to dive into the sea early and enjoy the exciting feeling of being with the ocean. The car speeds along the bumpy roads. On both sides, clusters of resorts with ocean views and uniquely designed villas are nestled among rows of tall, straight coconut trees. Phan Thiet is known as a paradise of resorts, a place with strong development in resort tourism.
When you come to Phan Thiet in general and Mui Ne in particular, you will be able to enjoy the fresh, cool air. You can freely frolic on the beautiful beaches with many attractive entertainment activities. Due to the large number of company employees, our stopover had to be divided into many resorts. From the balcony of the hotel, we could easily see the sea waves chasing each other to the shore. It feels so comfortable and relaxing to lie on the mattress and listen to the sound of the waves lapping in from outside the window. That was the first interesting thing we had just felt.
At 3 p.m., the sun began to soften, and the cool sea breezes from the sea blew in. These breezes were followed by undulating waves that took turns trailing along the sand. We started playing team building games. The beach is now really bustling with laughter and screams of excitement. We freely frolic. Youth competes with the strength of the wind and waves. All the worries, anxieties, and stresses have now given way to joy and excitement. We are immersed in the sea. These are the most interesting moments that we have captured in photos. Hopefully, everyone in the company will never forget these beautiful memories. The sea has connected us together. The salty taste of the sea is like a catalyst that adorns each person’s life. It makes us feel more in love with life and feel that there are still many interesting things to discover in the world around us.
Team building brings everyone closer together, which is what the company aims for. The interaction process helps each individual understand each other better, know how to listen and share, and know each other’s strengths and weaknesses. The games also contain the value of joy after hard working hours, building a comfortable working environment.
After an afternoon strolling on the beach taking souvenir photos, we enjoyed a cozy dinner at the restaurant – Lixil Vina Travel Night – Work Hard – Play Hard with many typical seafood dishes. The evening entertainment program includes lucky draws, free singing, night beach walks, seafood enjoyment, etc. Surely everyone in us is extremely impressed with this night.
Afterward, we returned to our hotel rooms to relax and conclude a wonderful, long day at Mui Ne beach.
We enjoyed a restful night’s sleep at the hotel, lulled by the sounds of the sea. Everyone made an effort to wake up earlier to catch the sunrise over the sand dunes. At precisely 5:30 AM, the vehicle began transporting us to the Mui Ne Bay sand dunes.
The dunes are called “Bay” (Flying) because their shape changes hourly, daily, monthly, and never has a fixed form. These sea breezes create this fascinating phenomenon through erosion over time.
The morning weather was quite humid with little wind, so the sand wasn’t as fine as it would be at midday. However, it still captivated each of us with its vastness and grandeur. Before us, the sand dunes resembled a giant carpet with a fiery orange-yellow hue, gracefully curving and turning like a young woman. The beauty of the sand dunes is unmistakable. They attract all walks of life, especially photographers who are always waiting here to capture the most unique moments of the dunes.
After our exciting dune tour, we returned to the hotel to enjoy a light breakfast in the restaurant. Afterwards, everyone had free time to explore, swim in the sea, or simply relax. And so, our sea exploration trip came to an end – leaving behind joyful memories that will forever remain in the hearts of LIXIL employees.
