LIXIL Community Day 2024 - A general housing equipment company in Vietnam LIXIL VINA Co., Ltd.

LIXIL Community Day is a day when all LIXIL employees come together to participate in social activities with the desire to contribute to the community.

Currently, in Vietnam, there are about 7.2 million people with disabilities aged 2 and above, accounting for 7.8% of the population. Among them, 58% are women, 28.3% are children, and about 29% are severely and specially disabled people. In response to this situation, on Saturday, October 19, continuing from last year, with the desire to contribute to society and bring joy to children, LIXIL VINA collaborated with the Dong Nai Province Special Education Development Center, calling for about 100 members (30% of whom were first-time participants) to form groups and carry out activities such as cleaning, painting, repairing toilets and handwashing areas, playing games with children, cooking, giving gifts, etc.

Additionally, this time we also visited the pediatric cancer hospital, sending encouraging letters and gifts. The participating members shared that: "It feels great to be able to contribute to society through working at LIXIL," "It was fun to engage in activities with other members, sweat together, and see the smiles of the children."

We will continue to share love with underprivileged children and maintain this meaningful activity in the future.
