LIXIL VINA’s Culture Day is an annual cultural festival event held to create a healthy and fun playground for employees. It provides relief after stressful working hours. This year, the event was organized on August 26, 2017, within the company premises. Exciting activities such as the unique food fair, flower arrangement contest, fashion design and performance contest, and “familiar face” contest attracted more than 800 participants. Especially this year, the organizers reserved a children’s play area with games. The area included bouncy castles, ball throwing, soccer, and many gifts. This attracted a large number of employees’ children.
