10th Anniversary Celebration of LIXIL VINA - A general housing equipment company in Vietnam LIXIL VINA Co., Ltd.

In 2012, LIXIL Global Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. (LIXIL VINA) was granted an investment certificate in Vietnam. In 2014, the first shipment produced at LIXIL VINA was delivered to customers. Over the past 10 years, through continuous creation and development along with the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and willingness to accept challenges from all employees, LIXIL VINA has made steady strides and achieved many successes.

To reflect on the journey and to appreciate the contributions of all employees, on March 9, 2024, LIXIL VINA solemnly organized the 10th Anniversary Celebration: "LIXIL VINA - STRONG FOUNDATION, BRIGHT FUTURE" at the Eros Luxury Convention Center.

During the past 10 years of operation, the Board of Directors of LIXIL VINA has continuously strived to provide all employees with a safe and developing working environment. Not only caring for employees' welfare, but the company also organizes activities to enhance solidarity and enrich the spiritual life of employees: Sports festivals, Family days, Travel, etc. In addition, LIXIL VINA also contributes to promoting environmental activities and social work in the local area: Planting trees; Cleaning; Propagating and instructing waste sorting for students; Blood donation; Visiting orphanages, etc.

The ceremony took place in a very lively and exciting atmosphere among all employees. Especially notable was the program to honor employees with 5 and 10 years of dedication. The most memorable moment was when each employee was called up to receive commemorative medals, receiving appreciation and congratulations from all the guests in the hall. These commemorative medals serve as a meaningful testament to the strong bond between the company and its employees. Additionally, the moments of joy when employees' names were announced as winners of valuable prizes in the lucky draw: SJC gold, iPhone 15, Vision motorbike.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Maeda Atsushi (General Director of LIXIL VINA) said: "...On this 10th anniversary, I would like to express my gratitude for the dedicated efforts of each employee. Thanks to your efforts, LIXIL is as strong as it is today. I hope you will continue to contribute to the company's development for the next 20 years."

Mr. Miyaji Yoshiro added: "I have been with LGMV for 7 years since its early days of operation, and now seeing the factory running stably and developing strongly, I feel very happy and proud. From now on, I hope you will strive even more to develop LIXIL VINA sustainably."
