The Fabrication Process
Cutting: Using automatic and semi-automatic cutting machines to cut aluminum profiles to precise lengths and angles, showcasing our dedication to every step in aluminium fabrication.
Machining: Based on technical drawings, products undergo various processes, including:
- Die Punching: Quickly and uniformly creating standard-shaped holes.
- Milling: Using NC and CNC machines to form complex grooves, steps, and surfaces
- Tapping: Creating threads for joints and connections.
- Bending: One of our most challenging techniques, requiring high skill to produce products with elegant and precise curves.
Assembly: Assembling components and various parts to create the finished product.
Packaging: Products are carefully packaged by specialized machinery, ready for delivery to the customer.
