Professional Production Process at LIXIL Vina’s Wrapping Department
To ensure that every WPZ shipped meets the highest quality standards, LIXIL Vina employs a rigorous production process, with the main stages as follows:
1. Surface Lamination Process
Preparation and Operation: Aluminum profiles (base material – Kizai) undergo thorough cleaning and visual inspection before being fed into the automated lamination line.
Lamination and Pressure Bonding: The surface film is adhered to the base material using specialized adhesive, strictly adhering to manufacturing conditions. It is then firmly pressed by a roller system, forming a wrapped material with a smooth and flawless surface.
In-line Inspection: Immediately after the lamination process is completed, a visual assessment is conducted by an inspector.
2. Product Stabilization and Specialized Quality Inspection
Product Stabilization: WPZ is stored for 16 hours to allow the adhesive to stabilize and reach optimal bonding strength.
Performance Inspection by QC: After storage, the Quality Control (QC) team conducts specialized tests for adhesion (Peeling test) and creep resistance (Creep test), ensuring the product’s superior performance.
