On January 31, 2026, amidst the joyful atmosphere of welcoming the Year of the Horse, LIXIL Global Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. successfully hosted its Year-End Party (YEP) with the theme “SPRING OF CONNECTIVITY – HARMONY FOR SUCCESS.”
The event was a special occasion for the Board of Directors and over 1,300 employees to reflect on the dedicated journey of 2025 and strengthen our bonds, ready to break through in the new year.
Memorable Highlights:
At the beginning of the ceremony, General Director Maeda expressed his gratitude to everyone and delivered a powerful opening speech, stating: ‘The power of unity is the key for LIXIL VINA to overcome any challenge.’ This was followed by a vibrant and grand toast to celebrate the New Year.
One of the most touching moments of the night was the 10-Year Service Award ceremony. These awards are not just a recognition of seniority, but a profound thank you from the company for the loyalty and dedication of members who have devoted their youth to building LIXIL.
The atmosphere truly exploded with a Talent Competition between four divisions: FAB, TIL, MA, and MO. With meticulous investment in costumes and scripts, our “LIXIL artists” delivered spectacular performances, embodying the spirit of “Work hard, play hard.”
The celebration concluded in excitement with the Lucky Draw. Valuable prizes, including Vinfast electric motorbikes and LG refrigerators, found their lucky owners.
While the 2025 Year-End Party has concluded, the echoes of connection and pride will serve as a great motivation for the LIXIL VINA collective to “Harmonize for Success” and conquer new heights in 2026.
