LIXIL VINA Co., Ltd. has entered into a land lease agreement with Long Duc Industrial Park. - A general housing equipment company in Vietnam LIXIL VINA Co., Ltd.

On May 25, 2012 at the Dong Nai Province Industrial Parks Management Board, LIXIL VINA (a wholly owned company of LIXIL) entered into a land lease agreement with Long Duc Industrial Park, Long Thanh District.

LIXIL will lease 55 hectares in Long Duc Industrial Park and plans to construct a plant there in sections. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2014.

At the time of this agreement, the foreign investment project with capital of 441 million dollars in total is the largest to take place in Dong Nai Province.

LIXIL is a major Japanese corporation that is known for creating building components such as ceramic tile, ceramic building materials, and interior/exterior decorative materials.
